Featured DevelopmentsSouth Suburban Physicians Center is a 62,000 SF medical office condominium building. As 50% owner, developer and listing broker for the new construction project, Chiliad managed all facets of the project including concept development, site acquisition, feasibility analysis, governmental approvals, financing, sales and leasing. Further, Chiliad managed the designed and construction of medical office interiors for various primary and specialty healthcare practitioners. SSPC now serves as home to more than 20 healthcare enterprises consisting of the following specialties: internal medicine, pediatrics, gastroenterology, cardiology, orthopedics, podiatry, physical therapy, dentistry, geriatric medicine and pharmacy. Chiliad’s administrative office is located at South Suburban Physicians Center. South Shore Terrace Apartments (SSTA) is phase I of a planned affordable senior rental housing community and medical fitness center to be located on a 37,350 SF site at 7110 S. Coles and 7125 S. Exchange in Chicago. The site is situated within steps of the South Shore Cultural Center, an 18 hole golf course, a lake front beach and a Metra Train stop. It’s within a 10 minute drive of downtown Chicago, Museum Park and various entertainment venues. Furthermore, all units above the 4th Floor will have unobstructed views of Lake Michigan or the Chicago skyline. SSTA is scheduled for completion in December of 2010 and will serve as home to 90 low and moderate income seniors. Shore Medical Center and Apartments (Phase II) is a planned mixed use affordable senior housing and medical fitness center project consisting of 56 housing units and 5,000 SF of commercial space. Its schedule for completion in June of 2011. |
